What Is The Rewards Program?
The Rewards Program provides an opportunity for us to thank YOU, our loyal customer, for allowing us to supply you with your Adult Entertainment Products. When you make purchases either online, by mail or phone (1.877.211.8110), you will receive Rewards Points.
These accumulated points will rank you in a specific tier. Each tier has different products that you can get for FREE. With an account you can view the current Tier Levels and what is offered in each tier. Click Here to see the products we give away in our Rewards Center.
Who Is Eligible?
The Program is available to any individual who is at least 18 years of age and the purchase/delivery of Adult Entertainment Products is legal in the Country, State, Province and/or City where the products will be delivered to. There are NO FEES or CHARGES to signup for a Rewards Account.
How Do I Setup An Account?
If you have ever made an order with our company you should already have an account. Just go to the Login page and click the Get My Password link and then type in the email you used when you ordered. A password will be sent to that email address and then you can login to your account.
Otherwise, you can just setup a new account by clicking on Create Your Free Account NOW If you signup for different accounts your points will be separated and therefore you will have to use each set of points in each different account. So check to see if you already have an account.
How Can I Earn Rewards Points?
Points are earned when you purchase products from us. Each dollar you spend is worth 10 points. Taxes, Shipping and Handling do not give you points. Points are added to your account automatically. Every purchase you make will show up in your Rewards Center.
What Do I Do With These Rewards Points?
Your Rewards Points will automatically qualify you for a specific level of benefits in our Rewards Center.
Reward Points are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. The sale or barter of Reward Points is expressly prohibited. Any Reward Points found to have been disposed of or obtained through sale or barter will be deemed void. Other exclusions and limitations may apply and will be listed on our web site.
How Do I Review My Rewards Points History?
To view your personal Reward Points history, just Login to your account and click on My Orders. This will show a detailed list of the points you earned and used.
How Long Do The Rewards Points Remain In My Account?
Reward Points expire one year after the date when the Rewards Points were earned. Rewards Points that were given as a Special Promotion may have a quicker expiration period and that will be noted with the promotion.
What Happens To My Rewards Points If I Have A New Email Address?
If you need to change the email address on your account, please select the Account Home when you login. There you can change any of your personal data at anytime. You will not lose any of your points.
